Location: Boulder, Colorado

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)

Your Role:

• As a Residential Construction Superintendent, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful onsite production of our residential projects. Your role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and leading the onsite Tectonic Field Team and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 3-5 projects, spending 80% of your time on job sites.
• Develop and manage execution plans, ensuring projects align with designs and schedules.
• Manage jobsite operations, including compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Lead the Field Team, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution.
• Serve as an onsite liaison for trade partners and clients.

We Value:

• Minimum 7+ years of explicit residential remodeling or custom home project management 
• Excellent time and priority management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects onsite in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints 
• Understanding of carpentry techniques, methods of installation, and construction systems
• Advanced construction math competency
• Meticulous and methodical in approach to production
• Technologically proficient; ability to efficiently operate technology and learn new software, including but not limited to: 
• Buildertrend
• Google Workspace
• Stack 
• MacOS or Microsoft OS
• Ability to work cross-departmentally to support the various aspects of design + planning and construction
• Ability to travel across Boulder County
